Thirtyfive individual offices ranging in size from 100 to 1300 square feet are available
for lease to clients on an annual basis. Fifty cubicles are also available for clients use.
The entire facility is dedicated to DR/BC activities whereby a client can lease an office
(or more) and either occupies it or sets it up for their future use. We believe that there
is a growing need for an occupied off-site office space specifically used for DR/BC
planning, testing, and implementation if necessary.

networked desktop computers and fourteen have desktop computers as well as
telephones for call center operations. The workstations are leased on an annual basis

etc. For example, if a customer’s network operations center becomes inoperable, they
